AI & Data

Get answers from your ERP, CRM and files in seconds, without moving your data.

FOXMINDS builds secure AI assistants, copilots and agents on top of the systems you already run. Your teams ask in plain language; the answer comes from your own data, with sources and permissions respected.

The problem

The answer exists. It is just spread across four systems and a spreadsheet.

Each of these questions needs data from more than one system, which is why they take a day to answer today.

EmployeesSearching instead of working

“Which items are in stock for delivery next week, and at what price?”
“Draft a proposal for this client based on our three most similar projects.”

ManagersWaiting days for a report

“Which branches had the most downtime last week, and what was affected?”
“Summarize this month’s open issues by client.”

ExecutivesDeciding without the full picture

“How is revenue trending by business line versus last quarter?”
“Which contracts renew in the next six months, and what revenue is at stake?”
Use cases

Where AI pays off first

We map AI to how your company makes money. You rank the use cases; your ranking selects the pilot.

How it works

Secure access to your data. AI built on top.

1: you grant read-only, least-privilege access to selected sources. 2: we build the intelligence layer, governed and audited. 3: your teams get answers, alerts and approved actions, inside Microsoft Teams.

1Secure access to your data sources

  • SQL databases
  • ERP
  • CRM
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft 365
  • APIs
  • Internal documents
  • Operational apps

2We add a secure AI layer

Security

Your data stays yours

Security has been our core strength for more than 16 years, and it is built into every AI project from day one.

Data stays in your tenant

Deployed in your own Microsoft tenant, in in-country Azure regions or on-premises. Your data is never used to train public models.

Read-only first, least privilege

We start with read access to the minimum data each use case needs, and widen it only when you approve.

Permissions mirror your roles

Users only see what they are already authorized to see in the source systems.

Human approval for actions

The AI recommends; a person approves before anything is changed or sent.

Full audit trail

Every question, answer and action is logged and reviewable by your IT and compliance teams.

Aligned with regulation

Designed around your policies and local data-protection law, including Lebanon's Law 81/2018 and the UAE PDPL.

Pilot targets

What a pilot is designed to achieve

Target60–80%less time on recurring client and management reports
TargetMinutesnot hours, to check availability and draft a proposal
Target< 15 minfrom system fault to alert and ticket
Target100%of contract renewals and obligations tracked
Target1 briefingeach morning instead of several dashboards

These are targets, not past results. In discovery we measure your current baseline together, agree the target for each KPI, and report progress against it.

FAQ

AI & Data: frequently asked questions

What AI solutions does FOXMINDS offer?

We build AI on top of your existing systems: knowledge assistants that answer from documents and data, copilots for managers inside Microsoft Teams, AI agents that run multi-step tasks with human approval, automated reporting, KPI alerts, document and contract intelligence, and daily executive briefings.

Can staff ask questions in Arabic?

Yes. Staff can ask in Arabic, English or a mix of both, and the assistant answers in the language of the question, even when the source document is in the other language.

Do we need to replace our ERP, CRM or databases?

No. We connect to your SQL databases, ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, APIs and documents through secure, read-only connectors. Your existing systems keep running exactly as they do today.

Where is our data stored and processed?

Inside your own environment: your Microsoft tenant, an in-country Azure region (for example UAE North in Dubai or UAE Central in Abu Dhabi), or your own servers. Your data is not used to train public AI models.

How long does an AI project take?

Typically a 2–3 week discovery, then a 6–8 week fixed-scope pilot on one or two use cases. You decide whether to scale only after seeing results measured against your own baseline.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of users, data sources and use cases. After a short discovery we give you a clear, fixed-price proposal for the pilot.

What is the difference between an assistant, a copilot and an agent?

An assistant answers questions for any employee from approved data. A copilot works alongside a specific role, such as a sales or operations manager, summarizing KPIs and drafting work. An agent performs multi-step tasks, such as reconciling records or opening a ticket, and asks a person to approve before it acts.

Can you deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI?

Yes. We prepare your Microsoft 365 tenant for Copilot (permissions, data governance, sensitivity labels) and build custom solutions with Azure AI services where Copilot alone is not enough, for example when answers need data from ERP, CRM or SQL databases.
